I’ve never been able to login. What the heck is a token number.
Frustrating Auto-Logout
Lately the app keeps signing me out, and it’s making it hard to accept jobs in time. This problem started only after the recent update. I’ve tried everything—restarting my iPhone, deleting and reinstalling the app—but nothing fixes it. Having to log in every time is really inconvenient. Please look into this and resolve it soon.

Needs a lot of improvement
It is hard to get to the actual address, it crashes in between. I have to start over while I am driving which is very dangerous. Also when you click for the address to give you directions, it shows all the places with the same name in all different cities, and sometimes it is not the first one that it is at the top of the list.
Sometimes I have to delete the app and download it again because it freezes.

Needs improvement
The app is easy to use. Straight forward but could use improvements on the signature part before closing an assignment. As soon as you lift your finger, the app lags and doesn’t register strokes accordingly. Also, it crashes quite often. The only way to solve it is to delete and redownload it. There should be a calendar access option to allow to move more easily in between dates- having to click and pass a day at a time is inefficient and it also makes the app lag.

Did this really get approved?
There are a lot of wonky issues with the app. Big thing, is all my job lists from bottom up. Meaning my first and earliest job is at the bottom of the list while, my last and last est one is at the top? We read top to bottom right? Top to bottom it reads 5pm, 1pm, 8am??? That should be flipped.That makes a lot more sense. Also the flow of clicking to close a job doesn’t make visual or logical sense. I would like a calendar pop up to select dates. Not the scroll wheel. And the scroll doesn’t tell me what day of the week. Only the numbered date. Minor problem but sometimes we go by days. It just, is a fumble-like experience that I feel an app developer wouldn’t have let such novice mistakes like this go through the final release.
