Disappointing Experience

The reason I’m leaving this review is how discouraging it has been trying to accept assignments through the app and the platform website.
I would receive notification emails, but when I opened the app, it took a long time to load. It also kept asking me to share my location, even though I had already granted that permission multiple times. Every time this prompt appeared, it delayed the process even more.
I contacted support several times, but those conversations took me nowhere. I was told that I was competing with local and international providers to accept assignments. Later, support acknowledged that the assignments not appearing in the app was actually a known technical issue.
I have finally received an assignment, but it was extremely difficult to get to that point. It should not take weeks of troubleshooting just to be able to accept your first assignment.
I hope these issues are resolved because the onboarding experience needs significant improvement.

Notifications issues
Please help me. My app notifications keeps turning off after I enable them. Please fix this. I use your app to receive an accept job assignments
Too many problems
Very slow. Unreliable. From time to time you can’t use it because there’s some kind of new problem with the system.
Please fix bugs
With recent updates, app is extremely slow and doesn’t work like before.
