Not displaying new work orders from time to time
App refreshing time is slow
When I first started using Elisa for work, I was promised that it will make things easier for interpreters. Unfortunately, this is not what I am experiencing.With the latest update, the app and the website has significantly slowed down giving us less chance to see the work orders timely. I am certain that not everyone sees the work orders at the same time because there is a glitch which they don’t understand. I hope everything will work better soon.
Also when you accept a work order you are signed out automatically, or you are signed out for some other reason during a day and you have to sign in again. Why?
