Not user friendly
A little confusing to use. Two people canโt view the app/camera easily
Was a good camera
I have had my door camera for over 2 years now and never had any trouble until the past couple months. My app no longer keeps my setting save so anytime anyone passes by my camera I am not alerted. I barely get notified went someone rings the bell. I reached out to support several times only to get one response that advised me a rep will be reaching out and here it is over 2 weeks later and no one has reached out. At this point Iโm about to trash this and get a new one manufactured by a different company. I would not recommend this product.

Real nice camera.
It connected in minutes. Nice color picture. Pans up and down. And zooms. Takes a screen shot if there is movement Itโs comforting to be able to see your outdoor surroundings without running to a window or door. I bought more.

They make it hard to cancel the monthly subscription and got my bank hacked from China.
