Was a good camera
I have had my door camera for over 2 years now and never had any trouble until the past couple months. My app no longer keeps my setting save so anytime anyone passes by my camera I am not alerted. I barely get notified went someone rings the bell. I reached out to support several times only to get one response that advised me a rep will be reaching out and here it is over 2 weeks later and no one has reached out. At this point Iโm about to trash this and get a new one manufactured by a different company. I would not recommend this product.

Real nice camera.
It connected in minutes. Nice color picture. Pans up and down. And zooms. Takes a screen shot if there is movement Itโs comforting to be able to see your outdoor surroundings without running to a window or door. I bought more.

Fantastic camera
Really is excellent! We live in a very rural area and the reception was surprisingly good to access the images and the images are sharp even in the dark- fantastic! Would recommend!

Multiple devices cannot be logged in at the same time to access the camera. Bad.
Great but some glitches
This works all the time with the camera in my outdoor sitting room and even works with Alexa. I can talk to people from the tv and my echo show, and it works. Sometimes disconnects from wifi but is relatively easy to set up for the first time and again. Once a year I have to set it up again and it takes rather long to get live view and when it does it isnโt HD or 4K resolution, but it is enough and simple to set up and connect. Have a great day

Amazing app
My husband and I bought a security camera from COOAU after we were robbed. And, I so happy we went with this brand. We got the solar panel one and we couldnโt be happier. Camera quality is amazing and we can talk through the app. Best decision ever.

No Motion
Seldom picks up motion and I paid for cloud and AI. Only records direct events. Unlike Nest, you canโt scroll back to see prior events. Nest and most cameras record 24/7
