the big yellow shutter finally does something. aim at a block and tap it: the frame freezes, and every rated spot in your shot gets listed left to right — the same order you're looking at them. one spot in view goes straight to its grade. nothing lined up? you still get the whole block. the grade tags in the scanner grew up, too — bigger badges, bigger type, readable at a glance instead of shrinking to postage stamps down the block. and when two tags overlap, the closer one sits on top, like the street it's pointing at. there's a You tab now, too: your saved spots plus the settings this app never had, including a switch for grade alerts. before, tapping "not now" once meant never being asked again. the rankings gained a third mode — just in. kitchens the city shut down, fresh downgrades, and clean runs, one tap away instead of buried under the whole list. spots closed by the city finally look like it, with the CLOSED stamp they deserved. the whole app got better to touch: saving, sharing and switching tabs buzz now, the scanner frame breathes while it's looking, and the save star pops. and yallcooked.com links open right in the app. plus: if your compass wanders off, the scanner now asks for the figure-8 wave instead of quietly pinning grades to the wrong storefronts.
