Delivery Service is great, app is a nightmare
I can hardly ever complete an order without the app crashing on me. Every time i wanna order something i have to try 10 different times to complete my order because the app is so unstable.

One of a kind
This is by far the best delivery service in town. They will take your order all the way up to 2 am and still be at your house within 25 minutes give or take a few. Always warm cookies with some yummy other treats. The sliders are great. What a blessing it is to have them in our community. Oh and I live in aptos up trout gulch and they never even one time complained about coming here when we order at 1:45 or 1:50 just before closing. Always a great attitude and awesome cookies. So many good things about this business. Thank you for taking care of all of us.

Expensive delivery, but quality service!!
Their delivery service has helped me out many times. It IS somewhat pricey but given how late they go to deliver, I’m willing to take the cut for those drivers who stay out so late. A good service all around.

Great cookies, frustrating app
I love your cookies but I just had to give up on placing an order because your app decided it didn’t like my credit card number that I entered with my last order, but there is absolutely NO WHERE in the app to enter a new credit card number. There is no option to do that in my profile or anywhere else in the app. Guess you don’t want my money...

Incredible App, Incredible Service
First, there is the concept and it’s execution. Being able to order the snacks available at as late as 2:00 AM is amazing. Having the food able to be delivered to any one of the colleges at UCSC is also incredible.
Second, I had a problem changing my payment method from one of my friend’s cards to my own. When I emailed them about the problem, I got a response in less than 20 minutes. After that, they figured out that the button to change payment methods was bugged and had to be clicked at a ver small specific place for it to work. I was able to change my payment method and they are going to be fixing the button soon. Then, to top all of that goodness off, they gave me four coupon codes for helping discover the problem.

This app is so straight forward and easy to use that I was able to download the app, make and account, and order my snacks in less than 10 minutes. It only took me 10 minutes because I had to think about which delicious cookie flavors I wanted to have because there’s such a wide variety of flavors.
