The concept is great: you get healthy restaurant meals and snacks in a very convenient way. The products are unique and delicious! Interacting with the fridge is also seamless and easy.

Annoying that it requires an account to use
Doesn’t support Apple Pay. Needs to manually enter a bunch of personal information to get a drink.

Terrible customer service
Really disappointing experience and will not use again. I accidentally scanned two items and the door closed…I tried 2-3x to contact customer service through the app and they never responded. Then filed a dispute from my credit card and was denied and they lied about the purchase. Warning stay way from them!!!!!!

Broken update
Your latest update pushed broke the sign in auth flow. I cannot login to my account anymore, every time I punch in the code sent to my phone, it displays a generic error message.
Unusual activity
App won’t let me log in due to unusual activity. When trying to sign in I use my number and it prompts me to use the verification code they sent. However after using the code it logs me back out right away. Now when trying to log into it says access blocked due to unusual activity. I have only used the app twice.

I am a huge fan of the spicy shrimp dish! It’s only $12 and way better than the deli I used to get before we got the smart fridge!
Nice idea but poor execution
Available food doesn’t ever match the app, doesn’t work sometimes so people just walk off with food and the availability doesn’t update. Food is overpriced.
Inaccurate and $$
The app is wildly inaccurate with what they claim in stock. I suspect people either steal from the fridge or don’t know how to use it properly. What’s the point of the app if none of the live inventory is even accurate? Prices are also high for stuff you need to microwave on your own.

There is no life support, with many glitches in the application, delays with replying and/or fixing the problem!
Super buggy
This app has so many bugs. It often takes 3+ attempts to login, right now I can’t use the app because it says I need to update even though the app is updated. I would have given up long ago if my work didn’t provide user credits.
Updated to add: I deleted the app and reinstalled it, it still says I need to download the updates.
