Why has my mask been cancelled and why does it not connect? I can’t get anything on it anymore so can’t rate

Doodling problems

Whenever I pair the app with the mask, none of my doodles load so I can’t use them. When I don’t pair the two, the doodles load but I can’t use them because the mask isn’t connected. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app which didn’t work. This wasn’t a problem I had before version 3.0.0

This is a nice product but it’s not a good product because the connection doesn’t stay on at all great idea but must do better then you say if you break the seal you warranty is voided 🤦🏽‍♂️what if it’s broken when you receive it just waste of money ? But it still is a nice lil mask just need fixing...
