This is a fake app used by scammers to call you and pretend they are from carrier service center and ask for money online in advance before sending a technician. Don’t use this app they are collecting the data and scam you in different ways. Carrier brand doesn’t have any app for ios.

AC installation
I have purchased AC all most 2 weeks back till now no one turned up to installation and the person assigned by them wont pick the call , it a very worst service for the company side for installation only they are not turning up means in further if any repair comes definitely the wont attend they are just cheating the customer,so kindly don’t buy this company products.

Logging in the App does not working
I have been trying to log-in the App since I purchased the AC but I am unable to log-in . There is no Registration link to register and if I try to login through OTP it’s just hangs but OTP is sent to the mobile but no screen to enter the OTP.
Very bad app
I have downloaded this app today and it’s not working at all. Not giving list of States n Cities to select and without that I m not allowed to move ahead. I have tried this more than 10 times
Dnt even lets you register
When you try and register the app doesn’t let you input the state and city. It is a blank drop down and you can’t type in that field either. I’m now clueless how to use this app for a complaint or registered myself. Please fix this.
Funny and waste application
This app is terrible. Logging in is impossible.
The experience of purchasing the air conditioner itself was dreadful. The AC was malfunctioning, so I filed a complaint. However, no one responded, and I was instructed to send an email, which also received no response. Then I was advised to use this app to raise and track my complaint. It's incredibly frustrating because I can't even log in. This is a complete waste of time and the service is the worst I have ever experienced.

No money for app developers
Due to recession I guess most of the developers and testers are fired. This app is best example of how a app shouldn’t be build. It’s a unique app which has bad ui and bad features. It’s been useful for other development team on how not to build an app. Pls don’t change anything in this app.
Bug is their in iOS device 12 pro at registration page
In registration page state selection and city selection drop-down menu is empty and in ios seletion type keyboard is there we cannot type only scrolling selections option is their which is empty . Api can’t fetch data for that section registration is impossible in iOS devices
Drop down menu doesn’t work for address
Cannot register my number and address as the drop down for State and City shows blank ; no drop down options seen
Worst App I ever used
While registaration it's won't allow to choose state and city from the drop down and without selecting it you won't be able to register too as it an mandatory field.
Developer still hasn’t fixed the issue
The app keeps crashing when u choose the product from the drop list, this issue is there since 3 months from the last version and they don’t seem bothered to fix it.

Poor App
Keeps in crashing when you visit the service history section. My details reflecting on the app are also incorrect and Profile screen just keeps on loading with zero touch response. You need to always force close the app and reopen it.

I registered a year ago when I purchased a new AC. The details are gone. To make it worse, the app crashes when I try to register again.
Their website doesn’t recognise the call ID which we generated by the same website. Carrier Services and this app deserve a zero star.

It will not allow to add product then what is the point of installing
When you call customer care they keep on telling , we have one stop solution etc . After installing this is crap app uninstalling after this review
