When will this app be active again?
Could not communicate with code module
Kept getting the “could not communicate with code module” error. Needs to be fixed ASAP.
Not compatible
Wasn’t compatible with my Samsung 21ultra. Charged my card and never worked kept saying I needed to give location permission even though it was turned on for the app and on my phone settings. No way to contact through the app to requests money back have to dispute through my credit card company now.

Does not work
Until about 6 months ago the app was perfect. Then the wash codes no longer work. The kiosk asks for a 5 digit code, but the app gives a 6 digit code. If an attendant is not available I have to pay for an additional wash out of pocket. Makes paying for the subscription worthless.
When it works, it’s ok.
I would love to use this to earn free washes, but the prices are higher in the app than at the kiosk, and sometimes I pay and it won’t load my code, so I can’t get my wash. Occasionally when it does this it double charges me. Gave up.
