No notification for dropped ride
Driver accepted our ride and then must have changed his mind. The app did not notify us that we no longer had a car coming. We missed our boat.
Not on time during a Stormy Day
Booked for a cab to get to my destination, during bad weather. Minutes late, too cold, had to leave.
