No Support
We’re supposed to use it for the company I drive for, they all left for vacation for nearly 2 weeks. We’ve had major issues with it and it’s to the point where the app isn’t even able to work. Nothings been addressed to the issues that have been reported. No responses for over 2 weeks. I’m not sure how anyone can have faith in a company that lets these issues go for so long when other businesses rely on it.

Bad app and Map
The bad app not working correctly, and the map is wrong
burned a circle in my iphone screen.
i’ve been doing rideshare part time. this software is very inconvenient in that you can’t be off of the app for even a couple minutes without losing connection. this wouldn’t be such an issue, but leaving the screen on the same “searching for riders near you” page had burned out a circle of my screen light where the map image is. having paid 1400$ for a phone and having to keep a screen open that ruins the phone makes doing my job absolutely pointless.

Would be nice if you could use it with Apple CarPlay
Good fundamentals but room to improve
I’ve been using the app for half a year now and I can honestly say that it gets the job done but there’s loads of room for improvement to make the user experience much more seamless.
I use it for ride hailing
Ideas for improvement:
Pause button - helpful for moments when you need to fuel or take a break
Text option - I understand the idea of handsfree but it would be useful if the customer had some form of communication with us
GPS - doesn’t always take the quickest route and the pin drop for customers isn’t accurate too often
Ability to view trips queued up - Would be a nice function to know how many trips are queued up behind the current one
Ability to view drop off location - currently you can only see the drop off after you complete the pick up, the drop off should be listed in customer info tab or somewhere in plain sight
View past trips - customer rating, name, gratuity, trip details (location of PU and DO), trip fare
Overall I enjoy the app but there’s a lot of things I’ve just learnt to deal with. If there’s room to improve then let’s improve!
