Very convenient
To and from work, using another rideshare can cost me almost a full hour or two of work. Prime charges less that a third of that. Major money saver. Now I feel I can navigate around without burning a hole in my wallet.
Removed scheduling
I used to be able to schedule a ride in advanced a couple hours before or the night before. I don’t drive currently and for the past 6 months it’s been the only way I’ve gotten to work. I used it daily. With no warning or anything they removed the ability to schedule a ride in advance on the app. I’ve been late every day I’ve used it since. I have a job. I need to keep this job. If you were going to remove the feature then a heads up would have been nice. I’m now scrambling to find reliable transportation because this isn’t anymore.

Removed a feature without warning
It seems they removed the ability to schedule a ride ahead of time without making note of it in any patch notes. Great job. Now I get to be more likely to be late for work because these times are inconsistent as hell.

But boy oh boy does this app stink!!
Pickup time said around 1:58
Driver got there around 1:49
Left a note in app saying my dad got off at 2:00.
Told driver my dad has diabetes and can barely walk, since he got there 10 minutes early from pickup time, driver said he could not wait 10 minutes.
So he left my dad who can barely walk, gave a false pickup time and abandoned my 63 year old dad!!
I am extremely infuriated with this app and the services southwest prime offers.
I hope this business gets bought out by better professionals and put a designated pickup time in the app.
Never using this apps services again.

Not Great
I used to like using SW Prime to take me around the southwest Twin Cities metro, but those days are now behind me. You’ll be hard pressed to find wait times that are shorter than 30 minutes and a lot of the time, you can end up waiting up to an hour just for your driver to pick you up. Service isn’t the best once you get on since it isn’t a guarantee that your driver will prioritize your needs. Would no longer recommend as a cheaper alternative to Uber or Lyft, especially if you want to go somewhere on time.
