New look, even better experience
This app is easy to use and the new user experience in my company’s brand looks great. I love being able to recognize my peers on the go and keeping up with events and challenges at my company in the app.
Keeps crashing
App keeps crashing. Most times I don’t even bother using it. I see they make updates, but it doesn’t help.
Probably has potential
This app crashes non stop. Try to click on a tab - takes a while to load - once it does them boom crash. I’m trying to participate in work events and won’t be able to.
Health App not syncing since latest update
Since the latest update my Health app will not connect to track my steps when I’m in the middle of a monthly step challenge. This needs fixed immediately.
Version 4.38 cannot sync steps
Updated to 4.38 and step sync doesn’t work anymore. Re-downloaded, restarted the phone… done all the troubleshooting. Now I can’t even connect it back to health app. Somebody please fix it!!
WAS ADDICTING BUT…. Rewards are Always out of stock makes you think what’s the point
It’s addicting to get on hear about out your peers but if your unable to use your points what’s the point have had this app for a year now between the daily shout out points are hard to gain do to the daily restrictions but now that it has taken me forever to get what I need to achieve a gift card everything is unavailable
Cooleaf needs to do better because there are other apps I’d rather use then wait around for things to come back into stock

Frustrating!
I gave this app one star because every time I try to login, I have to reset my password every time!!!! Sometimes when I do reset my password, the password still will not work! I have currently made two request to have an email sent to me to reset my password. I am still waiting for that email to arrive so I can reset the password. This is very frustrating!

Great rewards and recognition platform!
We’ve been using Cooleaf at my agency for a few years now (ever since we went virtual) and it’s been a game changer! App will allow you to search people for recognition and put a check mark next to them. However, that’s it. It won’t bring you back to the form to write and submit the recognition. Time waster app on iPhone.
Great App for the “New Normal”
This is a great way to stay up to date with everything that is going on within my company.
With so many of us working remotely we are missing out on the old school water cooler talk and hearing about what is going on in our lives outside of the office. On this app I can see what my co workers are accomplishing and recognize my peers when they do something great or help me with a project.
2022 is a lot different, but this app helps bring back some of the workplace community that existed prior to the pandemic.

One of the best things my company did was to launch cooleaf!

Social Connection for Work
I absolutely love scrolling through my Cooleaf app. Checking out what's happening in my organization and connecting with colleagues virtually doesn't get any better than this. I would recommend this app and service to anyone looking to take their engagement and organizational relationships to the next level. Love using Cooleaf to join company challenges and recognize my coworkers! The virtual challenges are a fun way to get healthy and have fun together while earning rewards. I even received reward points for my birthday!
Does the app still work?
I haven’t been able to login on the app forever, it just switches back and forth from safri with no progress.
