Best Mobile Game EVER
Normally I’m the type of person that downloads a mobile game and plays it for a few days and I end up deleting it cause I get bored of all the normal mobile games. Not this game though, I downloaded this game and have played it religiously every single day. This is one of the fee mobile games that balances upgrades as well as enemy strength perfectly while you progress. The cherry on top is that you don’t HAVE to spend money on the game to progress at a good pace (not saying I’m not guilty of spending some $ on the game) to keep up with all of the other players. If I could give 10/5 stars I definitely would and I think everyone that comes across this game should indeed download this game.

A bit broken
Completed normal mode twice now with a random player and it still says i can’t change difficulty… it’s a bit frustrating

Let me start off with saying the game is fine if you like or don’t mind very grindy games. The issue lies with the customer support and the way the game is handled.
Let me start by saying that when you purchase something there’s a LARGE pop up also known as an ADVERTISMENT, that says if you aren’t happy with your purchase you have up to 7 days to request a refund. This goes for all packs and purchases.
I purchased a pack listed as “aos_reward_multiplier_package”. This pack allows you to use triple energy and receive triple rewards. This is sold for 20$. I bought it to try it out and wasn’t a fan and I was hoping for a bit more out of it. So in accordance with the advertisement and option to refund that’s what I did. A month later I get a notification saying that I had a violation. Now I have only helped others in the game and have been a great captain (someone who helps new people). So as you can assume I’m surprised. I open the notification and it said I was going to have my account taken away because I refunded. So I reached out to customer support to ask for assistance. The demanded, they did not ask, that I repurchase the pack. They lied and said that I refunded a bunch of things which was not true. They lied to me and told me such advertising didn’t pop up even though I have evidence and witnesses as my wife and I have purchased packs. They told me that I “may” have a penalty if I don’t repurchase but wouldn’t tell me what the penalty would be.
I explained that under federal law that not following through with advertising in game as well as most other advertising is against the law. I also explained that they lied to me twice as well how they were vague as far as what the penalty would be or if it would even happen. They repeated themselfs (NOT HELPFUL AT ALL). I explained that I understand they need to read off a screen but that if they can’t help and want to break the law that I’d like to talk to someone higher. They then sent me someone else. This person did not lie about multiple refunds, didn’t lie about there being no advertising for refunds. But then was still vague about the penalty’s and if they would occur, while also telling me to re purchase the pack. They also didn’t deny the fact that what I was saying about how they are breaking federal law. They then after I explained things again straight up ended chat on me….
I then attempted to get in touch with support again, because I was trying to work with them while also understanding what’s going on. I explained in the next message that even if I wanted to repurchase the pack it does not give me the option to and that I don’t have access to do what they want of me. Right after this they then banned my account from even accessing the game. So if you try to load up the game I kicks you out immediately. You can still access the support page but it won’t load the bot or allow you to talk to a person to even try and find a resolution to the issue. So I can’t play even if I was willing to repurchase the pack because they have stopped talking to me entirely…
In short they lied to me twice, attempted to gaslight me. They broke federal law, while also giving me an impossible task of repurchasing something I can’t. I spent about 60$ on various things and because I refunded something that I was allowed to refund they then took everything away. Keep in mind not providing dlc or purchased materials in game is also against the law…
I’m thankful Apple has been kind enough and understanding enough to hear my side of the story and refund me EVERYTHING I spent on this game. The game is a grind and if you want to make any progress it’s pay to win. What I bought was stuff to merely help me speed up the process not even pay to win.
With this in mind if you do play the game they don’t give you enough to work with when buying things. If you buy a minion pack you don’t have enough coins to upgrade them. It’s pay hole and they will get you good because everything take forever. So when you play you’ll see endless people asking for help on the third (HELL MODE) difficulty because it takes FOREVER to get past it without paying money.
Not only was I higher level, did nothing wrong, helped randoms all the time, and followed the rules. I was also a someone who enjoyed playing this with my wife. So now I have no account and I can’t play it without a just reason.
I was scammed, stolen from, and denied what I payed for and worked for in game. The game is fine but these people running it are openly breaking the law and are horrible people not even trying to hide it.
