I have a great respect for the staff at Coosa Pines. They are helpful and I feel like they have been there for my family when we have needed them.No one wants to borrow money and be charged interest to pay it back but if you have to do it come to Coosa Pines, they are so helpful.

Im tired of my card getting denied because of how many times I want to use it. I’ve said over and over again I don’t need “protection” of my funds. I want to use my money when I see fit

App needs to be fixed and updated it takes entirely to long for card controls to load to lock and unlock your card please fix it asap this is very annoying

Card unlock/lock screen is very slow
The app itself is good but it takes forever to get to card information to unlock and lock your card please fix it as soon as possible
the app is okay
it only lets you login in sometimes and it doesn’t save your password. also it doesn’t allow you to enter the correct password and even when you do sign in the app will malfunction and take you to your home screen. 2.5 stars out of 5
Coosa Pines App
The app doesn’t let me sign in or sometimes even open to sign in on my iOS mobile device to often when I need it. It’s just not a dependable app, from my experience.
Poor updates
I use to like the app but all the updates lately have been going backwards now the app doesn’t save my password and I have to manually enter it every time I want to log in I want app to simplify my banking not make it harder if this keeps up I will simply move my money to another financial institution

Garbage!
We have banked with CPFCU for years. They are trying to keep up with the times but this app is trash. We have RJ have the bank reset it once a week it seems. When it works, it is great. But that is a rare occurrence.

Touch ID not working
Just did the update and when trying to turn on Touch ID there's an error.

I get a system error every time. Awful.
Horrible
The new update is awful!! I had been able to use this app and it was extremely helpful. Now, even after calling Member Services, I can't use the app. I am blocked at the Log In. Screwed up!!
Mobile deposit???
I used to be able to deposit my checks from my phone by taking a picture. Now I don't have the option. What happened????
Not working
The app keeps asking me for security question answers over and over. They're questions I've not recorded an answer to either. I really miss this app. Please fix it!!!
Doesn't work
I had this app it worked great. Since upgrade I can't get in it. It keeps asking security question over over and over. Uggghhhh will you fix this?
