Good when it works
I’ve ran into a couple Copeland compressors and the app can’t find the info. Seems like they didn’t put all previous equipment into this data base
Poor customer service and no info on the ap
Tried several times to pull info for a digital scroll from this ap regarding ohm values and acceptable ohms to ground readings in a commercial setting. No luck. Printed out a cpl of bulletins my distributor found but they were useless. Tried to call the tech phone number provided on the ap, all it did was get my zip code and sent me to the distributor who couldn’t find what i needed in the first place. I do remember a time in the mid to late 90’s i could call Copeland directly. Not now. Poor customer service.

Nice to be able to get detailed technical information like compressor displacement, thermodynamics and performance maps.
Handy if you find the product
I find myself running into walls when it comes to obsolete equipment. You get very basic information, but nothing more. Service bulletins and other technical info for older equipment is seriously lacking.
