Im a truck driver and have been using this app for years. This was mainly to do with the route on maps being displayed in a big, simple and clear manner. This current update has moved things around on the screen for absolutely no benefit to the user and the route is now displayed as a very thin line on the map. This makes it much harder to work out where im going ‘at a glance’, i need to take my eyes off the road for too long now. I see the previous reviewer has also complained about exactly this problem also. Please bring the chunky maps back or i will find another app.

Ever heard of the saying…
Don’t fix what’s not broken…. I have watched this app bug out crash reinstall maps too many times and not function as intended ever since Tremble reformatted their platform… I have used it for over 10 years and I’ll tell you it’s garbage now.
Absolute rubbish…
Considering you pay for this app it is absolutely rubbish on CarPlay. You enter a place or post code to search for a location and then nothing. The app designers/developers should be embarrassed about just how bad this app is. Don’t waste your money on it.

100% Useless
I tried to get this thing to do some very basic routing and it’s getting everything wrong. It’s taking me the long way if I say I’m driving a car and it’s taking me over things that my RV should never go on if I’m saying I’m using an RV. This cannot be trusted for anything. It also gets stuck on screens and makes you force quit to get back to the home screen. And also wasn’t able to find any campgrounds, except for the ones that are in my hometown, even after I specified other cities.

Stop the “Are you OK”
Needs to be an option to shut off the New AI that says “you have been sitting for 5 minutes are you OK” we need to stop to take a piss! Also stop the asking for a review after every trip!
Use to love the app until the last update with AI now I hate it but tolerate it!!!

Until they give an actual toggle, the practical fix is still the same: revoke Microphone for CoPilot in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security, and mute the app if it keeps talking. Their App Store reply is not a fix. It is support declining to engage with the feature they just added.

Tried to set to avoid motorways and then proceeded to take me to the motorway and it’s so slow and freezes all the time
Scrolling Glitches in Favorites List
Can you please fix the scrolling glitch in the Favorites List. It scrolls way too fast and jumps to the bottom of the list. While scrolling down for your location, the list jumps all the way to the bottom whereas you have to (very carefully) work your way (up) to the location. Because it scrolls so fast, you can easily scroll past your location. If you try to scroll back down it takes you all the way back to the bottom. I only gave one star because this is very frustrating and annoying! Please help with this issue, thank you!

No internet - no Sat-Nav - Bad idea
It seems the this app now must have the internet to function - how ridiculous is that - this is a downgrade.
You made a change…please fix it
I have been using this app for roughly 7 years. I share it with a lot of people that do my type of job. Recently, you may have changed to where the app shows when there is a construction area or road closure. The map will not allow me to route on that area with the black lines now. Please make an adjustment to where we can route in that area.
With my job, I have to go down those roads with oversize loads because the state permits us that way. This would really help my job. Thank you for looking into it.

Pardon? Can’t hear you anymore
Since the update to the new version, all voices speak in barely a whisper even when the phone volume is max. The car engine which is not loud drowns out the spoken directions making the app unusable on iPhones. Here’s hoping the next update fixes this.
Was ok but needs improvements
Copilot reminds me of my great grandmother. She was first to install gas lighting in 1900 and even decades after electric light came along she still kept gas. Co pilot was cutting edge on v1 but has not really developed since the iPhone 4 days having issues with compatibility on almost every iOS update which is eventually fixed but no progress.

How to destroy great product
I’ve been using CoPilot for the last 12 years as a truck sat nav in the UK. It had its flaws, but overall I learned how to work around them and judge the routes it suggested.
The recent update has just destroyed everything.
Last night, it redirected me down a road I should never have been sent down with the settings I had selected.
The graphical “improvements” are absolutely disgraceful. No, it’s not clearer. All the colours blend into each other, and you can no longer read the motorway junction signs on the sat nav properly from two or three feet away.
The list of flaws goes on and on.
Would I recommend it now, like I used to?

Update is terrible
I’ve been a dedicated Co-Pilot user for many years and am very disappointed with the latest update. With the navigation across the top of the screen any incoming messages obliterate the detail making it dangerous to use.
The actual real-estate used on the screen has shrunk to about 2/3 which makes it very difficult to see what’s happening.
Navigation of the app itself is incomprehensible.
I’ve downloaded Waze and will use that in the future. Very sad as I’d always found CP easy to use and to follow.
Shame.

Great App, But….
I’ve had the app since 2009 and never had a single complaint until the recent update. Quite simply, the map style and layout were spot on and very clear. Now the roads are too small and just look line drawings, even zoomed in. Already missing turns because it not clear where the route is going. A wise mechanic once said to me ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!’ The old map display wasn’t broken in my opinion. I’d love the option to go back to the previous display. Thanks.

Newest version is a downgrade!
Apparently, I can no longer customize my routing if part of my desired route is among the alternate suggested routes (by selecting a point and “routing through it” as before. I miss the functionality and routing flexibility of the old app. If I wanted ”simple and easy,” I’d stick with Apple Maps or Google Maps — I want powerful and flexible BACK!!! Not a happy user anymore.

Problem scrolling through POI’s
After the last update when I search for points of interest and I get a list of results. When I scroll through the list it doesn’t work properly. I get half way through the list and stop to look. when I continue to scroll as soon as I touch the screen the list resets to the top. Please fix this issue.

I’ve had co pilot for years and I can’t work out how to use it. I was taken through a complex load of instructions at the beginning that I couldn’t even get back to. Why have I got to even put a car in horrible
Display size
As the latest version no longer displays full screen on an iPhone 13 then this software has now become redundant.
