Updates keep breaking scans
It’s a “known” bug about now not being able to scan registrations. I’m tired of all the bugs, especially for a state wide program for citations warnings and collisions! Absurd! Not only is that annoying but the program is SLOW and glitchy!
New update crashes Reg capture
At first it was working flawlessly. I was able to use the camera to scan IDs and registrations. With the latest update, I can still scans IDs without issue, but when I select the registration scan, the camera refuses to activate and the app crashes
Horrible Performance
Takes 10 minutes to log in the app half the time so it’s basically worthless even attempting to use it 🤷🏽♂️
Bad update
For the last few months the scanning of DLs and Regs has not been working at all. This needs to be fixed asap. Coplogic is extremely slow at getting issues fixed.
Broke it
No scanning. The latest version does not scan drivers licenses or registration cards. This is one of the main features of this app. Please fix it.
Slow, Glitchy
Quick barcode scan, slow data import. Incorrectly imports birthday. Doesn’t work with CODE usb barcode scanners.
Great app for Police Officers
I have been using this app for a few weeks now and it has really helped streamline my report writing process. The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to input all the necessary information needed for each report. I also appreciate the option to save templates for common reports, saving me time and effort in the long run. Overall, this app has made my job as a law enforcement officer much easier and I highly recommend it to others in the field

An efficient application for creating a citation. The barcode capture tool works well for quickly grabbing D/L barcodes and VINs.
