About

Copper Budget is a simple daily tracker for people on a copper-restricted diet, such as people living with Wilson disease, and for the parents and carers who help them. KNOW WHERE YOU STAND TODAY Set the daily copper target your physician or dietitian gave you, log what you eat, and see at a glance how much of today's budget is used and what remains. 7,400+ FOODS WITH MEASURED COPPER Search foods from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's FoodData Central. Every food shows its copper per serving and a clear Low, Moderate or High band based on Wilson Disease Association guidance. The whole food list works offline. SCAN PACKAGED FOODS Scan a barcode to look up a product. When a label does not list copper (most do not), Copper Budget can show an estimate built from comparable foods with measured values. Estimates are always marked as estimates, with the foods they were based on. MEDICATION REMINDERS THAT RESPECT MEALS Add zinc, trientine, penicillamine or any other medication, with as many daily reminder times as you need. Choose a food-timing rule, such as "1 hour before or 2 hours after food", and the app warns you if you log food inside that window. HISTORY AT A GLANCE Review past days and weeks to spot patterns, and export a CSV to share with your care team. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no tracking. Your diary, medications and reminders stay on your iPhone. IMPORTANT Copper Budget is a dietary organisation tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Copper values come from public food databases and some are estimates. Always follow your physician's or dietitian's guidance about your diet and medication. Food data: U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, FoodData Central. Barcode product data: USDA Branded Foods and Open Food Facts.
