Coupon codes don’t work
I was sent a coupon code for the app for 25% off, on Monday. I tried to use it Monday in the app. System said I can’t use the promo code with my order. You all need to stop sending coupon codes if you do not work to honor them. I was stuck going online finding a 15% off code when I was supposed to have a 25% off code for my first app order! And of course you will tell me if this is ever offered again that I don’t qualify because it isn’t my first app order. It just feels dishonest and as much as I love your items, I think this will be my last attempt at supporting your brand
