Zero Customer Loyalty
I would give zero stars if I could.
Disappointed Platinum VIP customer, who has spent over $10k with Kyte over the years, and missed my rewards expiration by a few weeks due to personal circumstances. Customer service refused an exception on the expired points and would only offer a time limited standard $25 credit (now also expired during the period of time I was discussing the issue with various representatives).
There was apparently only one Head of customer service by the name of Dakota, who refused any sort of accommodation or extension of the “courtesy” as the matter remained unresolved, and simply decided to close the matter deeming it resolved on her end.
Social media representatives on Instagram could not assist at all as they do not have access to customer service tickets.
If this is truly all that can be done as a company, then there is no sense in remaining a loyal customer… I intend to seek out and support other brands.

App sucks
I love their products, but would rather purchase from their website. Unfortunately had to use it for an "app exclusive" and it took forever to load anything. I wanted to check out with shop pay and it just kept loading so had to go a different route.
Crib sheet
My grandchildren have been wearing kyte apparel since birth The clothing is the softest non-irritating ever. I just bought a crib sheet for my newest grandchild and the print is adorable. Subtle puppies that will not over stimulate him when going to sleep but should he wake early might entertain him!

Super Slow!
I love Kyte Baby but hate the app as it takes FOREVER to load. By the time I have an item loaded on the app, I could have already purchased it on their website!
App needs work and shipping is so incredibly slow
Never clear where the rewards are and how is shipping more than 10 days.
