Quality drop

The quality of the pijamas I bought in my last purchase was horrible. Some of the pijamas shrink horribly and one just ripped, not in the seam. I don’t know. I don’t like purchasing cloths online because I need to feel the fabric. Carter’s was the only store I could trust to do an online purchase. Today I got polo uniform shirts to give it another try.

First purchase shipped wrong item

For my first purchase i bought a footsie one size bigger than the one he has because it is more comfortable than others. Carter’s shipped us a toddler’s swimsuit that was on sale for $5 instead, which was way less than what i paid and not even the right age range or product. Will not buy through this app again.

Points expire so quick

I love the brand, but the point system is ridiculous. Points expire so quick I never get to use my earned rewards. I don’t need to make a Carter’s purchase every month. I won’t be buying from this brand.
