Great experience

We used babylist for our baby shower and now for my baby’s 1st birthday! So far great experiences both times. Any issue I’ve had has been user error and easily corrected

Very nice list app

I do like this app in the sense that you can keep track of things you need or things you already got. One of the nicer aspects is that you can specify where you want certain items to be pulled from. Whether that is from the baby list app or Etsy or one of the many other baby and kid accessories apps. It also allows you to just remove certain items if you don’t feel it is necessary.

Awful customer service

The app is good for the wishlist and tracking the orders, but awful for ordering breast pump and replacement parts.

They get paid by insurance, so I expected the process would be nice and easy.

You’re supposed to be able to order replacements parts once a month, but when you try doing it they tell you they haven’t gotten paid. At the meantime, on the insurance portal the payment was completed weeks back. You tell them, send screen shots but they can’t find the payment for weeks.

And it keeps happening for as long as you use that for the purpose. Every month the same problem. I have United Healthcare, so it’s not like it’s some kind of smaller company difficult to locate the payment details from.

Customer service keeps telling I’ll get an email about eligibility date for ordering new parts, but it never happens. Same problem few month in a row.

The customers service people reply with random stuff - I emailed them about the updates on my order, they responded with what the app can be used for Completely unrelated to my question. I haven’t had such bad customer service for a really long time.

US ONLY

Was really enjoying this app until our baby shower came and went and we discovered Babylist will not ship to anyone outside of the US, therefore completely negating the 15% discount you receive from ordering items off your own registry that you need but weren’t gifted. Now at 37 weeks pregnant I am redoing my entire registry on Amazon where I should’ve just done it to begin with.
