App is currently unusable since update
I literally cannot use the app; even the chat with us feature is broken so I can’t report anything. Can’t login, can’t click on multiple features to shop. The update completely messed up any and all functionality.

Frustrated
Carters website is the hardest one I’ve ever used. Trying to send a gift to my daughter in WA. I had to put her address as my address in GA. Carters, you need an easy way to send a gift. Look at amazon.

Every time I’m shopping I have to refresh my app multiple times, it gets glitchy when you put multiple filters on for some reason and then the app doesn’t load properly/ allow scrolling.
