Spotty connection with terrible refund policy
Response from developer
Hi there, we understand how frustrating it can be to face connection issues while traveling, especially in regions with strict network restrictions like China. Our team continuously works to improve reliability in these environments, but performance can sometimes vary depending on local network conditions and restrictions. Regarding your refund concern, we’d like to clarify that your initial purchase was fully refunded within our 30-day guarantee window. A second purchase followed shortly after, and requesting another refund on a different plan falls outside our policy, as it is considered repeated use of the guarantee. This policy is in place to ensure fairness for all users. That said, we’re here to help. If you’re still experiencing connection issues, please reach out to us at contact@copvpn.com so we can assist with troubleshooting and help you get the best possible performance.
