Spotty connection with terrible refund policy

Business trip in China, connection is non-existent even though it says on its website that it works in restricted areas. Didn’t allow me refund because I used two accounts to “abuse” the 30-day money back guarantee policy. Website does not give you heads-up that same person is not allowed to “enjoy” this policy more than once. Very scam-mish. Be aware.
