Cordial is the field companion to the Cordial Systems operations platform, giving EMS and public safety crews one secure place to complete daily readiness work, document what happens on shift, and keep their agency audit-ready — from a phone or iPad. Crews handle their day-to-day operational and compliance tasks in one app, and administrators get the oversight and reporting they need to run the agency. Everything is organized by role, so people see what's relevant to them. Access is granted by your agency. Cordial is licensed to EMS agencies, ambulance services, fire districts, and public safety organizations; your administrator issues your credentials. Cordial holds operational and compliance records, not patient care reports, with guardrails that discourage entering protected health information. Sign-in is protected by your agency access code, your password, and a personal PIN, with Face ID to unlock a saved session. Requires an active agency account and a subscription held by your agency.
