Hot trash.

I downloaded this app in hopes of furthering my career and it had absolutely no issues, scanning my face and taking my $40 but it wouldn't function and open the app, in the comments it says, delete it and download it and it should work and it didn't and I have tried it multiple times, i'm on a pretty fixed income and the fact that somebody just stole $40 from me basically I am pretty I rate over, fix your app please. It would be nice if I could have a reliable source.

Locks up

Has been a great app for years. Now just locks up when selecting a test. Even tried deleting and reloading the app.

Attempted to download app, but it is unresponsive and states Unable to connect to CRTech server.

Will not open

This app is very useful in the classroom and in the clinic when it is working. However, it has not been opening for me lately.

The best fix for this is to delete the app completely and then download/install a fresh version from the App Store (rather than just updating the app). Please reach out to us via email if that doesn’t work. There is no reason the app shouldn’t be working great for you.

PLEASE FIX

Used to be an amazingly helpful app. Now like everyone else, it will not open. This needs to be fixed. This is unacceptable for a paid product that is being kept active on the App Store. Either fix the issue or this will be reported and the app will be removed as inactive and refunds should be given.

Delete and redownload fix

Paid HUGE money for this app. Had all videos downloaded, used it in my practice and it stopped working. NO WORRIES, just delete it and redownload it.

Wont open

The app is wiring just fine. For some reason a star sight update doesn’t always work for everyone, but the easy fix for 99.9% of these cases is to delete the app and download a new version from the App Store. If that still doesn’t work, please reach out via our support page and we will help you get this working. No reason it shouldn’t be working 100%!

Videos don’t work

Not recommended as videos can be downloaded but not working.

Not working

The application stopped working. No update for 8 months. Don’t buy till an update make it fonctionnal again

Won’t open

Problems

This used to be very helpful. Currently the app will not open. Would love to be able to use it again.

Unable to open

Like others have stated, I have used this app for years, but attempted to open today during a CCU course and was unable to open, multiple times.

Wont open

I used to love this app for learning throughout my Masters program. For the past 3(ish) months it has not been able to open, which is really frustrating.

Wont open

Have been using CORE for a few years but not recently. Just tried to open and like similar comments, program opens splash page but then shuts down. HELP make this useful again pleas.

Unable to open app

I paid for this & when I click to open error comes up & I cannot open to use

Server error

The app is helpful but as of last week, the app has not be functioning. I click in the app but it shuts down and I’m unable to use it. There is a CRTech server error. Can you help?
