App is glitchy
App crashes and signs out randomly. Currently can’t even look at the job posting on the app as it crashes when you click that tab.
Not working
The app is currently not opening after the recent update.
Event cancelled
I only see one problem. The event coordinator cancelled the day of the event. I had reserved my evening for them and at the last minute they cancelled. If I call out my review go down. But nothing for the event coordinator if they cancelled last minute. I believe it should be some trying of compensation $25 to reserve a professional and if they cancel 24- or less before the event we receive compensation. I say this because I could have picked up another event if it was the day before

Logs me out
The app is always logging me out it is so inconvenient and annoying so difficult to even search for a gig
Job Posters are inconsistent
Like a few other reviews here, you will be waitlisted a lot. I applied to a job recently and was immediately waitlisted . I unapplied and applied again thinking it was maybe a glitch but no. I was waitlisted and then the position was filled the next day. I have contacted customer service and they have been helpful in responding and assuring me that my account isn’t flagged etc . My belief is that the posters have people in mind they are going to hire and that’s it. It doesn’t matter if you applied weeks before you’ll be waitlisted the day before the event. Super frustrating . I managed one shift in a year . At least it paid for my liability insurance.
