App is glitchy
App crashes and signs out randomly. Currently can’t even look at the job posting on the app as it crashes when you click that tab.
Not working
The app is currently not opening after the recent update.
Event cancelled
I only see one problem. The event coordinator cancelled the day of the event. I had reserved my evening for them and at the last minute they cancelled. If I call out my review go down. But nothing for the event coordinator if they cancelled last minute. I believe it should be some trying of compensation $25 to reserve a professional and if they cancel 24- or less before the event we receive compensation. I say this because I could have picked up another event if it was the day before

Logs me out
The app is always logging me out it is so inconvenient and annoying so difficult to even search for a gig
Job Posters are inconsistent
Like a few other reviews here, you will be waitlisted a lot. I applied to a job recently and was immediately waitlisted . I unapplied and applied again thinking it was maybe a glitch but no. I was waitlisted and then the position was filled the next day. I have contacted customer service and they have been helpful in responding and assuring me that my account isn’t flagged etc . My belief is that the posters have people in mind they are going to hire and that’s it. It doesn’t matter if you applied weeks before you’ll be waitlisted the day before the event. Super frustrating . I managed one shift in a year . At least it paid for my liability insurance.

Rare Opportunities
This app presents fairly rare opportunities to actually get a position as you can apply but the Poster gets the pick regardless of order of application so there’s a lot of waitlisting. Honestly easier to go through local channels for finding Third Party opportunities.
Wait of time
If you like being waitlisted for everything and not get the job. This app is for you .

After reaching “setting experience” and choosing medical it prompts me to enter sports experience?
Great app for ATCs
Very helpful with many of the personal time consuming task that athletic trainers need to deal with when taking on a side job. The go4 app helps with tax documentation. Since many job posters will often offer multiple shifts, there are opportunities to build professional relationships. ATCs can read the EAP before applying and see the estimated number of participants. ATCs can choose shifts that match skills sets and interests.

Update broke EMR
Your most recent update broke the EMR. I’ve deleted and updated the app 2x. Click on EMR to create report and app closes.

This app need an add to calendar function.
The program needs the ability to rate the employees or provide feedback on cancelled events. If there can be negative marks on workers dropping shifts there should be the same for organizers.

I recently started using this app and it is really well done. The support that I received when there was time conflicts was helpful and payment is fast!
1 glitch
Great resource!! However, sometimes the shift remains pending even when the event is happening. Would be pretty flawless if this was addressed.
Perfection
User friendly convenient, and free, with wonderful customer service! I use it both as an athletic trainer and a coordinator who hires them and Go4 Ellis has reduced a lot of stress in my life.

I’ve been using Go4 for a a few years now and the app and support team have been great. Applying for and searching is so easy, especially since some app updates they’ve done. The rates are super competitive which is helpful when advocating for the importance of have ATs on all sidelines.

Find events for every schedule!
Very happy with this app, being a Stay at Home Mom this is a great way to work events that fit with my schedule. I’ve had great communication with event posters and get paid within a timely manner, typically before the estimated timeframe. I recommend Go4Ellis to all of my Athletic Training friends and even coaches who are looking to have event coverage!

Great resource for all ATs!
Overall this is a great resource for ATs. I’ve been able to work shifts on go4 to make extra income, they are easy to find and apply for. Ive also posted looking for coverage when my school needed which was also super easy. I like how they post the rates for each job. The new EMR is really helpful and Intuitive, being able to email the athlete the note for them to bring to another medical provider. One thing I would change is making it easier to add in credentials, that interface is glitchy at times. Also, it should be looked into if theres a way to charge the banking fees to the host instead of coming out of the AT payment at the end.
