Burning my phone
Just used the app for 5 minutes and my phone is burning hot! I also agree with the other review that the IU is horrible and we would prefer the old app back.

After starting to use the Coremark app, I noticed that it significantly affects my phone’s performance. The device becomes noticeably warm during use, even with short sessions, and the battery drains much faster than expected.
This level of power consumption seems high compared to similar apps, and it impacts overall usability, especially for longer use. It may be related to background activity or optimization issues that need to be addressed.
I hope future updates improve performance efficiency, reduce overheating, and optimize battery usage so the app can run more smoothly without affecting the device.

Terrible optimization
Battery drainage is insane, its the only app I use that behaves this way. Scanning barcodes acts very weirdly and sometimes doesn’t see a barcode in plain sight. And the search engine works sometimes and other times it doesn’t do anything.
All orders are always combined, but I wish there was a way to create separate invoices.

Need to fix your app
The app works, but the battery drain is unacceptable. It consumes far too much power and noticeably reduces my phone’s battery life. Please optimize the app, as this issue seriously impacts the user experience.
Customer service
So my app on my work phone has not been working since April. I have emailed customer service almost everyday to try to get this problem fixed and they have stopped responding to me. They gave me a ticket number for when the issue is supposed to be fixed but I don’t have access to said ticket to check the status. Customer first is not putting customers first.
