I am experiencing several issues with the app when using it on the handheld terminal. The app takes a very long time to open, and when I scan an item once, it sometimes registers the same item multiple times automatically. Additionally, the scanner frequently stops working, and I usually have to completely close and reopen the app before the scanner starts working again. These issues are causing significant delays and making the handheld terminal difficult to use efficiently. Please investigate these problems and provide a solution.

Invest more money into app development, you are a large enough company.
At this point, I would rather use the old Telxon scanner….at least it never malfunctioned!!

HORRIBLE!!!
The new app is absolutely terrible. Hard to find things, not user friendly, takes forever to log in. I end up coming back later to get started because it’s ridiculous.
Does not scan product
Worst core-mark app. Not able to scan products properly and so many complications. Older version was way faster and simple. This new version has so many issues.

I’m very disappointed with the latest version of this app. Ever since the update, my phone gets noticeably hot while using it, and the battery drains much faster than before. The previous version was much more stable, efficient, and overall a better experience. Please optimize the app and bring back the performance of the older version.

Worst App Ever
Title says it all. Battery killer, overheating phone, lag of about 10 seconds per click, Screen freeze etc. 30 mins work finished in 2:30 Hrs. Wish I could give 0 star.
NOT an improvement
Much could be improved, issues with price book glitching and jumping around, the camera function blacks out and requires restarting, doesn’t recognize barcodes for known coremark products either from the manufacturer or coremark itself, causes excess overheating and fast battery drain on multiple different models of device, can’t price check without starting a whole new order, requires a long loading time upon opening, doesn’t provide product pictures or logical product titles, among many other issues

Burning my phone
Just used the app for 5 minutes and my phone is burning hot! I also agree with the other review that the IU is horrible and we would prefer the old app back.
Needs Major Improvements
This app has too many bugs. My phone gets very hot while using it, which is frustrating. Another major issue is the barcode scanner—when I scan an item once, it often scans the same item 4 or 5 times automatically, causing duplicate entries and slowing down my work. The app also crashes occasionally and doesn’t run smoothly. Please fix these issues and improve the overall performance and stability of the app.

Battery Drain
7/1/26: The last update made this app worse. Battery drain in at 30% in 30 minutes. That’s 1% per minute and results in overheating of the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. This is unacceptable for any app. I’ll be making a complaint to Apple. As a developer they have an obligation to make your app as efficient as possible.
2/20/26: This app drains the iPhone 17 Pro battery at a rate of 12% in 30 minutes. This is 3x the amount compared to other apps or even Core-Mark’s previous application. For an example using Numbers and Spark email on the same device used 4% each in the same amount of usage time.

Review of app
After starting to use the Coremark app, I noticed that it significantly affects my phone’s performance. The device becomes noticeably warm during use, even with short sessions, and the battery drains much faster than expected.

Terrible optimization
Battery drainage is insane, its the only app I use that behaves this way. Scanning barcodes acts very weirdly and sometimes doesn’t see a barcode in plain sight. And the search engine works sometimes and other times it doesn’t do anything.
All orders are always combined, but I wish there was a way to create separate invoices.

Need to fix your app
The app works, but the battery drain is unacceptable. It consumes far too much power and noticeably reduces my phone’s battery life. Please optimize the app, as this issue seriously impacts the user experience.
Customer service
So my app on my work phone has not been working since April. I have emailed customer service almost everyday to try to get this problem fixed and they have stopped responding to me. They gave me a ticket number for when the issue is supposed to be fixed but I don’t have access to said ticket to check the status. Customer first is not putting customers first.

Garbage app
So bad so hard to find items. Misspelled and older coremark app can find with nice pictures, instead this garbage of app, no common sense… now even self scanned getbstuck must close app to make it works again every 5 munutes

The original price is printed in the bottom bar without the $ sign in front. The whole format is messed up.
The old app had a good format and easy of use, the new app needs a lot of work to reach to that point and in the pace its moving it might be few more years. Please expedite the user interface and experience so it’s easier for users and app is user-friendly. The search bar needs to be worked on and also the core promotion section is all gone.
