Worst core-mark app. Not able to scan products properly and so many complications. Older version was way faster and simple. This new version has so many issues.
Tag Format
This tag format is horrible compared to the competitors. It shows a very nice Image logo on the application, but is not what you get with the final product.

No option to download invoice directly from the app. Dont even receive with deliveries and have to call customer service everytime we receive delivery.

Can’t search items when checking in, nothing is organized the way it’s supposed to be. Nothing but pure chaos, going back to paper invoices.

Coremark’s app has been a frustrating experience. It feels slow and unreliable, and some features are unnecessarily difficult to navigate. The overall experience needs a lot more polish and better performance. I expected a much smoother, more user-friendly app.
When the scanner is on automatic mode it just keeps scanning any thing and app hangs easily every time i switch from cart to price book ordering. I think previous app was better. Thanks

I am experiencing several issues with the app when using it on the handheld terminal. The app takes a very long time to open, and when I scan an item once, it sometimes registers the same item multiple times automatically. Additionally, the scanner frequently stops working, and I usually have to completely close and reopen the app before the scanner starts working again. These issues are causing significant delays and making the handheld terminal difficult to use efficiently. Please investigate these problems and provide a solution.

HORRIBLE!!!
The new app is absolutely terrible. Hard to find things, not user friendly, takes forever to log in. I end up coming back later to get started because it’s ridiculous.

I’m very disappointed with the latest version of this app. Ever since the update, my phone gets noticeably hot while using it, and the battery drains much faster than before. The previous version was much more stable, efficient, and overall a better experience. Please optimize the app and bring back the performance of the older version.

Worst App Ever
Title says it all. Battery killer, overheating phone, lag of about 10 seconds per click, Screen freeze etc. 30 mins work finished in 2:30 Hrs. Wish I could give 0 star.
