Southwest chicken and purple rice
I have been getting this salad/grain bowl for years. It’s fantastic and I actually like the cucumber basil dressing with it. New Hartford has been my favorite spot . Idk why anyone gets fast food instead of Core. They are quick and healthy.

This app sucks
My phone number is taken, no way to fix it even though it’s MY phone number. Can order ahead but one taco takes 15 minutes and two tacos takes 30 minutes? Sooo stupid.
The app is confusing
The app needs a total redesign. Period.
Great Food, Even Better Employees
Came in after a terrible day and left feeling so much better. The bowl was great, but honestly the employees made this place.
They took the time to work with my dietary restrictions without making it feel like a hassle. Then when I mentioned my day was rough, they actually gave me suggestions on how to treat myself—even told me to grab an Insomnia Cookie ice cream sandwich. Such a small thing but it genuinely made my day.
Good food is one thing, but staff who actually care about you? That’s what keeps me coming back. Highly recommend

Charged $45 for downloading the app
I tried to download the app the other day because I wanted to look at the menu and couldn’t find the menu anywhere else online with prices. The moment I downloaded the app I was charged $45 to my account. I had to request a charge back and get a new card because of it.
App is not user friendly and doesn’t allow Apple Pay
This app is one of the worst ones I’ve used, especially considering it’s a food app. I don’t like adding my debit or credit cards on apps but this app requires it. The card I have on file is valid but I can’t use it because it expires at the end of the month. I usually end up ordering elsewhere because it’s a pain to order on this app.

EXCELLENT SEVICE AND FOOD
Love this place,but
I’m a loyal dedicated customer, the staff in Granville, Michigan is always very open and helpful and pleasant. But today I ordered the new very berry salad and they were out of candy pecans and I got maybe a tablespoon of strawberries and a tablespoon of blueberries was very disappointed, but I will be back.

I love CoreLife but got a new phone and my number isn’t allowed because I already used the number. So I can’t use the app on my phone. It worked great on my iPhone 13 but not the 16
Side note- this is my favorite place to eat and I love them all in Peoria area. Everyone is very friendly. Excellent service every time. I can at least still access my rewards at the register. Great rewards too. 5 star for the food and people. Lower star for an app that can’t be used on phone.

Not functional
Couldn’t sign up via email, had to login via facebook or apple as keyboard would not pop up. I had to paste my phone number from contacts and select, cut out the leading 1. Lastly, closed app with two items in my bad and it forgot the order.
