App is ok but support is terrible
If you have an issue with your order (particularly for delivery) good luck at getting someone to answer the phone number provided for “support”. This has happened multiple times where no one answers. I’ve given up on using this app due to the lack of support.
Buggy when you choose thing
I had to try 5 times to get through to complete an order. Couldn’t enter a name, or try and enter an email before it looped back and forth and erased any progress I made. So needs work but it had worked eventually.
Easy App, Easy Rewards
We love Rachel’s! The app is super easy to navigate. You can scan for rewards in store or automatically receive them with every online order making it super easy to rack up the points.
I want to like this
The ordering process is made impossible as I HAVE TO make a sauce selection and it freezes every time. I can place the rest of the order/selections without problem but the App freezes when the sauces are chosen and that’s a required choice.

Getting REALLY expensive..
Can’t enjoy your food very often because it’s getting a little beyond what I can afford .
