Can’t enjoy your food very often because it’s getting a little beyond what I can afford .
Clunky and useless
This is a terrible app. The app before was much better. They removed the box so you can’t type how you want your order made. Completely useless. Makes me not even want to go in and order for the time fact that instead of improving they just made ordering there, harder.
Fix the kinks
I had to order and create an account five times and finally had to order as a guest .
Payment options
The app auto adds a 15% tip (stupid). The app also didn’t like Apple Pay.

The app works great, except for when trying to use Apple Pay… I just used Apple Pay somewhere else so I know it’s not on my end.

I had to use someone else’s account to login because it locked me out it would not let me put my phone number in and then change my password. Very frustrating

In my business I occasionally cater lunches and Rachel’s is always appreciated! I even brought it all the way to Ithaca NY once! Thanks to Joe and the entire family for paying attention to detail and never compromising on the quality!

This new app is AMAZING! Compared to the old one, it was SO easy to customize my order AND it automatically chose the location closest to me. The rewards are even better. Already planning my order for lunch tomorrow!

Chicken souvlaki wrap with Greek fries
Wrap is thick, dry, and lacking flavor.
Chicken was dry.
Greek fries were sickly, covered with a thick white tzatziki sauce and half a ton of Feta.
It was gross. Gave me a terribly bad stomach.
Will not be back.
