Slowest App
This app is unbelievably slow, it’s quicker to go into the browser and book/ look for classes. For the amount of money this company makes they should be able to have a functioning app
Terrible
PLEASE fix this app. It is so laggy and slow. It’s been so hard to use as long as I’ve had it (about 5 years) and somehow seems like it’s gotten worse. It takes me 10 minutes to book a class because it’s so slow it’s unbelievable. I also have it set to adding the class to my Google Calendar, it says that in the app, but it adds it to my Apple calendar every-time. At that point just don’t even add the option.

Slow and Lags all the time
Designed so poorly for such a big brand. To book classes, it lags and freezes and sometimes log you off. Please make this a more high functioning app.
Privacy Overreach Disguised as Convenience
Why does the app now require *full access to my calendar* just to add a class I signed up for? Previously, it only needed permission to add events, which makes sense. You do not need my entire calendar data (including private events, titles, locations, and notes) to create a single class entry.
Granting full read access is unnecessary and invasive. It’s disappointing to see a wellness company disregard digital privacy so casually.
Please revert to the previous permission model or provide a manual “Add to Calendar” option.

Great classes terrible app
Buggy, freezes, challenging to navigate, poor filtering

One of the buggiest apps I’ve ever used. Always glitching and crashing
Crashes
Crashes every time I try to open the Schedule tab. This has been happening for 18 months. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading but still it crashes.
iCal sync removed
Why was the add to calendar functionality removed from the app? It’s incredibly inconvenient! Also, there should be ability to leave yourself personal notes on classes/instructors not visible to the public.
Beware Cancellation Subscription Charge
Be careful of the subscription charge when you cancel the monthly plan. They don’t tell you that they charge you for an additional month if you want to cancel your monthly subscription. I only found out because I’m traveling for work for a few months and I don’t know when I’m coming back and I wanted to cancel for the time being. The CorePower Yoga Sales Rep doesn’t tell you about it, which is shady of this company.

Glitches every time I try to book a class. Super inconvenient and stressful to look at this.
Terrible app
Forces you to rate instructors - which is so against the point of yoga. Very slow app because they are forcing personalization in ways that are useless. Often freezes or breaks. Zero ability to connect with actual people through the app.
BUGGY
Please invest in talent who can update this app! It takes five times as long to book a class because of how slow and buggy it is. For a franchise your size, you could do better. Now, do better.

App never works anymore
This app never works anymore. It worked (nearly) perfectly back in 2023/2024. It always says I don’t have connection (when I do) and is constantly “loading”. I end up having to just use my browser to sign up for a class, which is really annoying. We only need one function— class sign-up! It’s not that hard. Fix this app!!!!

you all seriously need to take time to fix this app. it’s terrible and buggy and makes it difficult to book class.
Software glitches
The software constantly is glitchy and logs me out and it’s annoying because when this happens it won’t let me log back in or reset password essentially I’m locked out so then I have to go into a browser log in to gain access of my account/ enroll into courses
I think these ratings are from a previous version because the current one works great!
