Equinox Brickell has the best trainers, great equipment, and top clean facility in Miami.

Not sure how this app has such high reviews. Horrible UX. If I weren’t getting the benefit through Amex plat I would not pay for it
overpriced for quality
equinox is like a mediocre gym dressing up as a luxury gym. not worth the price and the workers are extremely rude. if you’re paying to workout and go to free classes, you might as well just go to a different gym and buy classes at a legitimate pilates/yoga place. the class coaches have no idea what they’re doing.

Ads interrupt app usage
The app sometimes had ads / promos that pop up and prevent usage of the app. The app should focus on always having the basics, like checkin, working rather than prioritizing advertising and making more money off me. These ads and promos should not interrupt app usage / should not be pop ups.
Update is worse. Now you can’t even use on the tv itself?
If you still have the old version, keep it as long as you can. This new one makes you sign in every time, it also no longer works on Smart TVs you have to cast it… what’s the point of technology advancing?
