Useless, then can’t delete account
Downloaded and logged in to find only three corkage restaurants listed in my city, then the app lists places not even in my area, or state for that matter. There isn’t a way to delete an account, so that info is out there. Do not waste your time. Actually. Beware.
Worst App Ever
I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now it functions as intended so I am changing my rating. There is some erroneous information regarding BYOB, so call ahead first.
It rarely ever works, which is why it has such horrific reviews. Either make it work or pull it. How about a developer that knows what they’re doing?

Doesn’t work
No matter how often I try, nor how often I reboot, nor how often I download a new app, nothing lets me sign in and register.
Great idea
I love the idea of this app but it always has issues loading and many restaurants in my area (Orlando) are not on it.
Worthless
Downloaded it because I thought it be handy. Never got to use it because it would let me register to join.

My husband and I love taking our own bottles to restaurants. Love this app because I get to avoid having to call restaurants to ask if they allow it and how much the corkage fee is.
Simple but effective
The app is straightforward to use and gives exactly the information I need. Had some restaurants I frequent in Miami. Filters are helpful!

CorkageFee is a cool app. Useful information on what places are charging. Glad I can use this versus calling. Good coverage for NYC.

As a wine enthusiast, I find this app incredibly useful. It's great to know the corkage fees before choosing a restaurant.
Can’t even log in
Downloaded the app and was prompted to create an account with name and email. Entered both and got a message that I need to enter a name. So I can’t even get past the create an account screen.
Very little restaurants use and developer is obnoxious
I found 0 restaurants in certain cities. I certainly like the idea, but useless if no attempt to get restaurants to use. Read the Developer responses to reviews. Very unprofessional and clearly not interested in their own improvement to development (technically and professionally)
Useless
Why would you need an “account”? This app should just be open. I signed up quite some time ago now I can’t use because I can’t remember my logon info and if I try to register again it just tells me I’m already registered. Ignorant!
New version works!
I wrote a bad review for this app six months ago. The latest version fixes the problem that made it useless. The new version comes up with useful information. When I get a chance to use the data, hopefully I’ll change this to 5 stars.
Does not work
Try to find local restaurants and none show up. Move around the map and nothing. When it boots it shows lots of restaurants but you can not tell where they are. Useless. The developers should spend more time fixing the app than writing nasty responses to the bad reviews. They certainly do not know how to take criticism. Making fun of your users is no way to improve the app. No wonder it has such a low rating.

Great idea, poor experience
The search function keeps placing me in Florida and I live in California. It is almost impossible to get it to search for anything local which renders it useless for me. Too bad, as it is a nice idea and would love to use and contribute to it.

Sorry you had an issue searching. Reference this article that shows you how to change a country and a city. https://corkagefee.com/corkagefee-news/how-to-change-your-country-on-the-corkagefee-app/ You have to click at the top and get the map/location screen to open. Then you can search for the city. The search works by Country then city/state. There is no switching states.

Useless piece of garbage
I did not bother to put a default location when signing up. Now whenever I open the app it keeps spinning with an error message that it couldn’t find the place, but allows no intervention. So why do they let the account to be registered! Useless piece of junk - don’t bother.
