If worthless was an app
This app never loads any of the content from my company’s learning hub.
I can see maybe half of the home page, but clicking on anything just sends you to a blank screen with the loading wheel.

Unable to open the app every time I open it, it cuts off

Can’t sign up
It asks for a team name to sign up. When you say you don’t have one and you need to create one, it asks for the same and says it doesn’t exist. Of course it doesn’t I’m trying to create it! Really annoying.

Unable to log in. Goes in circles but you never get to the page you need to actually log in.
Useless
As previously noted, it leads you in circles. There is no way to sign in to Northwell. I started from the app. And it leads you to the App Store and then back again. Useless!
The worst
Can’t sign in. It’s an endless loop. Oh well Northwell… guess I won’t get my mandatory education done on time. Do Better Northwell so I can do better.
Can’t log in
Once you get to the sign in page in the app it takes you to the browser which then asks you to switch to the app. It’s a horrible cycle with no end

No internet connection
I keep getting a ‘no Internet connection’ error in this version of the app.
Just crashes
Doesn’t even let you log in. Just crashes after 1 second.
Terrible app
Don’t let you get in. Login takes you too so stir and App takes you to login. Totally glitched. Can’t get in at all. Northwell health wasted a ton of money on this crappy software. They are probably related to these creators. Otherwise who would pay for such fake service?
Keeps turning off
Open the app and it quickly turns off.

Previous versions of this app were disappointing, with constant errors. Made the mistake of updating with this latest version and now it just crashes on open every single time.

Best learning app I have used in ages, the search is very good and recommendations excellent.
Intuitive & effective app
I use the app regularly to catch up with my learning on the go. It’s very intuitive.
Need more feature parity with the desktop version but the most widely & frequently used features are supported in the mobile app.

Poor quality
App does not open when offline despite having the ability to download content for offline use

App crashes as soon as I try opening it. I’ve tried updating it several times. Doesn't work at all.
