Update is Dumb
This app update is stupid my phone won’t update it so I have to go buy a new phone so I can get the newest app for it because my phone won’t do iOS 17 that’s the dumbest thing
System Glitch
I have been using the CornerStone app for about 2 years now. Everything was going good until I realized that the app kept saying “updating” it would not load at all. I closed out completely out of it and nothing worked. I ended up just deleting the app and reinstalling the app and that seemed to do the trick. I was able to log back into the app and see all of my info I needed.

Very fast and accurate
After using multiple online banking services in the past, The Cornerstone App is by far the quickest and the easiest!
Inside the app is great, but...
I enter ID & PW & PIN & PIN to login, then enable thumb ID, then configure screen—all good until I have to open left panel to Setting to logout.
Then to login it starts all over! Doesn’t remember thumb ID or configuration!
Make thumb login work.
Make configuration save.
Make a short cut to logout.
The rest of the app is great!

App not working
Tells me to login and update but won’t let me do so.
Update app??
I try to login and it repeatedly tells me I need to update my app. I go to my app and it is already updated. There’s nothing to update. When I click open app from the App Store it takes me to the same screen that says I need to update my app. Somebody needs to fix this ASAP
Fix this please
I did an update 5 days ago & since hasn’t allowed me to access my account! Keeps telling me to update, but an update is not available! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!😡
Latest update broke the app
Once logged in it states you must upgrade to proceed. Click the link, and I’m taken to the App Store where it tells me I have the latest version and to click OPEN, which brings me back to the app that tells me I have to upgrade... start from the top. The old app was dated, but at least it always functioned...

Uh ? Update caused more bugs
Keeps telling me to update I’ve already updated to the current patch and now can’t even use the app

3-when you are paying online bills. It doesn’t give you a total for multiple bills.

Update doesn’t work
I updated the app, but it still won’t let me log in. I am constantly re-routed to update and already updated app.
