Worked a couple of days when I was testing it, but when I actually needed it to verify account accounts, it wouldn’t work.

Notifications for text
Is there a way to get badge, banner and sound notifications for text messages?
I missed opportunities due to this.

Needs to incorporate a scam identification or called ID tool imbedded in the app.

The app crashes
There have been days where the app does not work. It currently does not work. Everything I try to do. It keeps giving me an error. If I try to send a message, it gives me an error. If I try to email support, it gives me an error message

Notifications do not work
UPDATE: I’m canceling because this business phone service is unreliable. Even with iPhone notifications turned on, I don’t receive alerts for calls or texts and must open the app to check. Support took a week to respond, told me to text or email, then ignored my message. Now I can’t make or receive customer calls. I’ve missed business and lost money because of a service that doesn’t work and a support team that doesn’t care. I’m taking my business elsewhere.***This is causing me to miss. Important text messages from my clients. I’ve turned my notifications button off and on and I’m still not receiving notifications

Missing texts from your clients because notifications aren't coming through is below our standard, and you're right to be frustrated. We want to pull up your account, find what's holding your notifications back, and get them reliable again. Call or text us at 509-381-3920 or reach us in the app. We answer the phone, we reply to emails within 30 minutes.
Issues
I’ve been having issues getting incoming calls since I downloaded the app 3-4 months ago. I can call out but no calls can get through
Unreliable
Phone calls are always breaking up and it has errors won’t load text messages. Super unreliable.
Locked out
I am currently not able to use this at all. this is quite upsetting.
This app often does not work
Results are very unreliable with this app. There are times where I can’t create a contact or I can’t make a call or I can’t receive a call. If your cell service even a little bit questionable, there’s a chance that you will not receive messages even when you do return to good cell service areas.
Can’t get messages just says error
If you don’t see your message come in in the notifications you’re screwed because clicking on messages like any other app just goes to error
An ok app
So far the app is doing decent. I say that because its 50/50 on weather i can answer a call or not. When i try to answer a call i hear nothing it says connected but apparently the call went to voicemail instead. I am having issues making outbound calls as well i would click on a number to call press the call button and nothing will happen. I would have to close out of the app completely, reopen it and then i can make a call.
