Notifications do not work
This is causing me to miss. Important text messages from my clients. I’ve turned my notifications button off and on and I’m still not receiving notifications

Error
I’m constantly getting an error message that my text messages can’t be loaded. I have to restart my phone in order for the phone to work. This is the worst app I’ve ever used

I get like 10 spam calls a day and have no way to stop them
Additional Line
I have an additional line for a different state, there should be a way to make a call and select which number you want to call from. Instead of going into the settings and changing everything.

I’ve been using this app for three years now it just keeps getting better and better with every improvement. Highly recommend if you’re just starting out. I mean, where can you get a business line for less than $10 a month
Menu Bar is Worthless
Cannot select any of the options in the menu in the app. I can see text messages but I can't select them. Can see settings wheel but I can't select it. I can see the phone icon, but I can't select it.
After install the latest version can’t send SMS

Phone doesn’t ring
This is the second time I’ve had to contact support for this issue. Not very happy to have missed every call.
Update issues
Unfortunately, when the new update dropped now, the app does not give you the recent calls. We don’t know the customers, and we will have to call them back and the app is not working correctly.
Lack of controls
For being as equal a cost to adding a secondary SIM to your phone, this lacks a lot of filtering and control. I get upward of a dozen spam calls a day, which I have no filtering for. I also cannot put this phone on DND or screen calls.

Randomly doesn’t work
Missing important messages from customers even just occasionally isn’t okay for someone trying to build a reputation and grow a business. This app regularly has errors and issues where I won’t get calls or messages, and there is no 24 hour support to get past these unacceptable issues. I’m trying to schedule service for the next day, but the app is giving me an error so I can’t communicate with the customer until after being able to get it resolved with support starting at 8AM the next day.

This app is definitely a game changer and helps with separating personal and work notifications. Sometimes the calls drop, and there is a bad connection however, for the most part, it works well. In my opinion, I believe the phone section of the app should display the keypad in the most recent call option at the top of the screen for easier access. Thank you for all of the hard work that’s gone into building and maintaining the app!

Can’t copy phone numbers
Such a simple fix will bring me back for a 5 star review. But this is an outright UX fail: I need to be able to select a phone number & copy it. Like for googling an unrecognized caller. Please fix this
