Jail Broken Issue

I was able to setup both of my LLCs however now for the life of me I cannot launch the app without getting a message that says my Apple device is jailbroken. Which is not! How lame is the app or support for it?

I try to open the app and as soon as it opens it says my phone is jail broken but it’s not.

App Doesn’t work

App never loaded past entering the verification code. Tried it 4 times and it just buffers endlessly. It’s not the internet connection so it must be the app or their server.
