I can see my mail is there, but when I click to open any document I get an error unable to open document. What’s the point of this app if the core functionality doesn’t work?

I have a phone service that can be accessed via web but doesn’t work on this app!
Needs some bells and whistles
You can view documents and invoices, but there is no way to save, email or print those documents. They are stuck on the mobile app.
