What's New in Correlate
2.2
July 11, 2026
A daily habit journal, answers in your own words, and a brand-new look. • Daily Journal: track habits like alcohol, caffeine, workouts, or screen time with quick Yes/No check-ins — editable presets plus your own custom habits, with back-fill for the last two weeks. Every answer feeds straight into your correlations, the With vs. Without card, Coach insights, Discover, and your weekly digest. • Ask Your Data: tap a question — "Does one thing affect another?", "What affects my sleep?", "Did something change recently?" — and Correlate builds the analysis for you: verdict in plain language, the numbers behind it, and an honest note when there isn't enough data yet. You can also just type the question in your own words. • Coach answers, restructured: every answer now shows Your Data (with the exact figures), What Science Says, and Try This — so you always see why a suggestion was made. • Habit insights: once you've logged a habit for 5+ days each way, Correlate shows how your recovery, sleep, HRV, or steps really differ on those days — effect sizes included, honestly labeled as patterns, not proof. • A new icon and a sharper look: the X × Y mark, a unified accent color, and full support for iOS dark and tinted icon styles. • Fairer scores: an ordinary day now reads as a good day. We recalibrated Health Score and sleep quality around your personal baseline, stopped punishing brief nighttime stirrings the watch over-counts, and added a percentile line so you always know what your number means. All on-device, all included in the one-time purchase — no subscription, ever.
