I’ve been trying to get into my account for at least a year steady uninstalling the app thinking it was me it keep saying that my password is invalid but won’t give me the option to reset the password I have messages that I have in my account I never saw because of this inconvenience
Truth
I don’t think the app was ever mentioned to be good quality not even the email one. They punish us for the mistakes our love ones make. Believe the poor quality is purposely made. If they could keep them from communicating they would. Is shameful.

So I haven’t used CorrLinks Video in a while. I never uninstalled it off of my devices. I have it on two devices, my iPhone, and my iPad unfortunately now my loved one is able to use video again and every time I try to login to do the test it’s telling me that I’m not logging in right I don’t have the right password and then it has in parentheses SE so I don’t know on the app. It doesn’t have a place for me to contact anyone for help.
I’ve changed the password and it still won’t let me in so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong can you help?

I can not create a account idk why I have deleted the app and redownloaded multiple times, but for some reason it’s not allowing me to create account so I’m unable to text back-and-forth
Garbage
What was wrong with GTL? Besides that people could actually operate it and it worked? Can’t even find a phone number to call for help. My sisters been locked up in Illinois and they recently switched from gtl to corrlinks and I haven’t been able to even see that she’s requested a video chat with me! Absolute garbage because what the prison system gets from the state per inmate isn’t enough to afford a decent operable communication system. I can’t say enough negative at all about this app or the state or the prison system. Just ugh.

Terrible audio
I’ve had two calls and both times the person could barely hear anything I said. I tried all of the troubleshooting steps and they did not help. I’ve never had to use a headset for calls on my iPhone but that’s what is being suggested
Horrible sound and quality!
Man do these developers need to give this app a little TLC… i just finished a phone call on my iphone 13 pro max and we couldnt even see our mom in prison :( ! They could see us but could also barely hear us!!! and not to mention that my app didnt even connect our call when it started, it just keep saying to wait for out call to begin (when it was still 5 mins past our scheduled time) so it was just a very poor phone call at that point… super disappointing so im deleting this app ASAP and only using our PC/laptop for future calls

I’m not the convicted why a app needs every ounce of information from everything you own? Easy pass, poor inmates not knowing it’s a scam!!!!!

I can never hear my loved one when they call. They can never hear me when they call. Video quality is very blurry. They need to update this version so we can enjoy seeing are loved ones instead of struggling to communicate with them.

I was able to hear the incarcerated person but it sounded as if they were muffled and far away, they could not hear me at all on my Apple iPhone it was the worst video session ever

The apps video camera is mirrored and is hard to find a right angle to show itself or other things because of the way the camera is. it needs to be a normal camera and sound quality is low and video quality as well 😞.

The inmate cannot hear u u need to allow ear buds so it’s better to hear what’s the use of video chat if u have to write on a sheet of paper and hold it up ?? I’m not over acting it’s horrible I would love to hear her when we video chat!!!DO BETTER
Absolute trash!
For the amount of money they charge inmates to use this, it should be better. You can’t use a Bluetooth headset with this app-only headphones with a cable. How is this app so terrible!? It seems like it was written 10 years ago and just left. There is no excuse for technology to be this bad.
