Doesn’t work with iOS 26
This doesn’t work with iOS 26. Got a new phone and it won’t add the system into the app anymore. Not with QR or manual entry.
Not intuitive, crashes
I recently got a new iPhone and the app will not open. I try to open it and it crashes immediately.

This app is fast to load and easy to use. So happy I finally updated to a professional level one.

Half the time when you launch the app the cameras will not connect. Very frustrating seeing they are used for security.
Slow loading
Have had this app for almost a year. Have 7 cameras around my house. Boarded up my windows do to hurricanes in Florida and liked that I could see outside with the app. So why can I stream an HD movie on Verizon’s 5 G network but these cameras refuse to load??? Does the same on 5 G in house network when I am literally standing next to the router. Not sure what’s up with this but from what I’ve read it seems to be an ongoing problem.

Hardly ever works
My cameras are great but this app doesn’t allow me to view them. It’s always offline at different times of the day. Very frustrating that I can’t use it what it’s intended for. I hope the developers figure out how to fix the issue.
Frustrating
When this app works it’s great, but gets knocked out too easily. Ive uninstalled, rebooted, you name it and no luck getting app to sync up.

Connection always fails
About a year ago, the app just failed to connect to my cam. Made no changes to wifi or cam system…just failed. Its useless.

Best security camera app
I do believe some of these poor reviews I see is user error or Has to do with the Internet that your security cameras system is connected to. I have had my system for over five years and never have my cameras gone off-line. They always come up immediately.!!!

Apple Push Notification is not working AGAIN

Receive push notifications but app defaults to midnight instead of notification time on iOS
