The app is terrible, connection issues, broken support links. We end up scheduling virtual inspections with a return trip because this app doesn’t load at the last page when you select the permit number.

Every county should use this

I’ve been a contractor for over a decade now and I can tell you that nothing else is worse than having to wait on the county when they’re backed up to get out for an inspection. The fact that access to an application like this is finally available means that it should be using it everywhere! I endorse this 100%
