Connectivity
This app needs an update or change. Every time I call in inspections and receive the “tap to start inspection” notification it does nothing. Having to always call support and get kicked out of the queue and start over. Even with WiFi the connection can never establish on the first time. Please update and fix this.

Long wait time
I’m on hour 2 of waiting for them to answer.
Works good with iPhone but horrible with Samsung
Good app just needs to fix whatever problem it has with Samsung devices. When performing an inspection with an apple device, I have no problem. When performing an inspection with a Samsung device, it never establishes connection with an inspector, never lets me know I am in queue or sends me notifications on the inspector being ready. Had multiple problems with different jobs when using a Samsung device. It is annoying and I shouldn’t have to find someone with an Apple device just to be able to use the app without a problem.

This app is awful. The connection never works, the app crashes, adding a permit doesn’t work. FIX THIS APP!!!
Great innovative program
Our company absolutely loves this app. What used to take 2-3 days for an inspection, now only takes 5-15 minutes. Innovative and reliable app that anybody can use without any experience with technology like this.
